Short version: if we fail to deliver your reservation, you get a full refund. If there is any error in your ticket, we fix it free of charge — no questions asked.
1. Our Commitment to You
We take every order seriously. Each flight reservation is carefully issued to your specifications, and we stand behind the quality of every ticket we deliver. If something goes wrong on our end, we make it right — either by correcting it immediately or refunding you in full.
2. When You Are Entitled to a Refund
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- We failed to deliver your reservation to the email address provided
- The reservation we issued was invalid, unverifiable, or not in the correct GDS format
- We were unable to process or complete your order after payment
In these cases, please contact us at support@dummyticketlive.ae with your order reference. We will investigate and issue a refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Free Corrections — Always
If your ticket was delivered but contains an error — whether it is your name, travel dates, route, or any other detail — we will correct and re-issue it at no additional cost. This applies regardless of whether the error was ours or a typo on your part.
Simply email us with your order reference and the specific correction needed. We typically resolve corrections within a few hours.
4. When Refunds Do Not Apply
Because our service delivers a digital product (a flight reservation) that is issued and available immediately after payment, refunds are not provided in the following situations:
- Visa rejection — A visa denial is entirely at the discretion of the issuing authority and is not a reflection of the validity of our reservation. We cannot issue refunds based on visa outcomes.
- Change of mind — Once your reservation has been issued and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds for a change of plans or decision not to use it.
- Incorrect information provided by you — If you provided wrong details and chose not to request a correction, we cannot process a refund for that reason. We are always happy to correct your ticket instead.
- Travel plan changes — Changes to your intended travel dates or destination after delivery are not grounds for a refund, though we may be able to re-issue your ticket for a nominal fee.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your order reference number
- Briefly describe the issue
We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method (card or PayPal) within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

We always prefer to resolve issues directly and amicably. If you have a concern, please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback or formal dispute. We are committed to making things right and will work with you to find a fair resolution quickly.
