1. What We Do

DummyTicketLive.ae is an online service that issues flight reservations — commonly referred to as dummy tickets or flight itineraries — for use in visa applications, embassy submissions, travel proof requirements, and similar purposes.

We are not an airline, not a travel agent, and we do not sell actual airline tickets. Every reservation we issue is a genuine booking held within airline systems (GDS), but it is not valid for boarding any aircraft. It is intended solely as proof of travel intent for official application processes.

2. Eligibility

By using our service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or using the service under the supervision of a legal guardian
• You will provide accurate and truthful personal information
• You will use the reservation for lawful purposes only

3. Permitted Use

Our flight reservations may be used for:

• Visa applications requiring proof of onward or return travel
• Embassy or consulate document submissions
• Immigration clearance or border crossing requirements
• HR or employer travel documentation requests
• Any other official purpose requiring a verifiable flight itinerary

Our reservations cannot be used to physically board, check in for, or travel on any aircraft. Attempting to do so is a misuse of the service and may have legal consequences independent of DummyTicketLive.ae.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate details at the time of order — including your full name, nationality, date of birth, travel dates, and route. We issue reservations based entirely on the information you provide.

If an error is made on your part (e.g. a misspelled name or incorrect date), we offer free corrections. Simply contact us at support@dummyticketlive.ae with your order reference and the correction needed.

5. No Visa Guarantee

We provide a flight reservation document. We do not guarantee, influence, or have any involvement in visa approval decisions. Visa outcomes are entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

A dummy ticket satisfies the flight itinerary requirement of the application — it does not guarantee a visa will be issued.

6. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept all major debit and credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway. Pricing is displayed clearly before checkout with no hidden fees.

7. Delivery

Completed reservations are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery typically occurs within a short timeframe after payment confirmation. If you have not received your ticket, check your spam folder or contact us at support@dummyticketlive.ae.

8. Corrections and Re-delivery

If there is any issue with your reservation — incorrect details, failed delivery, or any error on our end — we will correct and re-issue it free of charge. We stand behind the quality of every reservation we produce.

9. Limitation of Liability

DummyTicketLive.ae is not liable for:

• Visa rejections or immigration decisions of any authority
• Losses arising from the use or misuse of our reservations
• Delays or decisions made by airlines, embassies, or immigration officers
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where relevant, international standards for online services. Any disputes arising from the use of our service will be handled in good faith, and we encourage you to contact us before pursuing any formal action.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
